Your advertising dollar goes twice as far when buying an ad on traditionalfolkart.com. 100% of all advertising fees received will be used in the promotion of the site.

Advertising space is available for parties with a business or service either related to the arts/crafts industry or related to the content of this site. Content of the ad must be in keeping with the content and appearance of traditionalfolkart.com. We reserve the right to refuse any ad we deem not in keeping with these policies. Inclusion of any and all ads will be at the sole discretion of traditionalfolkart.com. No animations accepted.

The placement of your ad on the page is determined by your payment date. All Ads will be be placed on the Resources page, which will be accessible by clicking RESOURCES, or Advertisers (listed under Resources) in the Navigation Links at the top of each page.

AD FORMAT
Your TFA ad can contain up to 35 words of descriptive copy plus your business name and website address. All ads will use 1 image (.gif or .jpg) measuring 100 pixels wide by 130 pixels tall. The image must be of professional quality. You may send a larger image and have it cropped and sized free of charge. [This does not apply to replacement images.]

You may change your ad copy and image provided that the image is the proper format and exact size specified above. The cost for the change is $15 and must be paid in advance. Please inquire if you require to have your replacement image scanned or sized.

FEATURED SHOW RATES
$ 180/ year

Featured Show pages include an update/revision to change exhibitor lists, show info etc to be in place for the following year's event. See this sample page.

All advertising must be paid in advance.
No refunds will be given once your ad/listing has been posted.

TFA Advertising Rates and TFA Advertising Policy are subject to change.

T F A A D V E R T I S I N G P O L I C Y

Upon receipt of your payment and proper materials as specified above your ad will be prepared and placed on the site, running for the length of time you've specified in Contract Length. No refunds will be given once your ad has been posted.

Contracts must be renewed 1 week prior to expiration date in order to retain your placement position on the page. Contracts not renewed in time and/or those left to expire will have "new" placement positions if the ad is reinstated.

TFA provides you with access to a Stats page which shows the number of page hits to the Advertisers page along with the number of hits to your ad. We do not guarantee nor imply traffic to your site, or the number of hits to the Advertisers page. The site now receives an average of 70,000+ page hits per month.

traditionalfolkart.com can not be held liable for any damages or consequences that might result to advertisers or third parties for the content of any ad presented on the site.

Please send your .jpg or .gif image for your ad. The final size of all images will be 100 pixels wide by 130 pixels tall. Cropping and sizing will be done free of charge. You may send an image as large as 800 pixels wide or tall.

Use the space below for your ad copy. The header of your ad will be your business name with your website address listed at the bottom of your ad. Those two items are not included in the 35 word ad limit. (See sample at left) Anything over the limit will be edited at our discretion.
